I have a mix pug & bostan terrier and his is licking my other dogs so much, it feels like I gave him a bath. And after he is coughing.

Licking can be a sign of dominance or submission. The coughing is probably due to a hair in the throat.

Its just something they do, kind of as a friendly gesture. And its funny you should mention bath becuase thats probably what your dog is giving him. He's most likey coughing 'cuase hes got a hair ball from licking the other dogs fur so much.

dogs lick to keep clean . that is there way of showing they care. The couging could be from hair getting caught in thoat. I would give him a chew toy and try to keep his attention from the other dog.
