From single cell organisms to basic amphibious creatures through to apes and then homo sapiens. Where is the next evolutionary leap going to come from? What is the most obvious way that humans are going to evolve to prove Darwins theory of 'survival of the fittest? Or will our fate be the same as the dinosaurs?

Hi all...My husband and I are going back and forth about having our daughter in the delivery room. My feeling is that she can start out in there, and if any of us get too uncomfortable with it (including her) that we can take her out. But, I think it would be amazing for her to learn about birth and to be there at the ultimate moment. I'd like to know from people who chose to share this with their children, and those who didn't. Older children only, please. For obvious reasons, 2 and 3 year olds would probably not fare well in the room.

Okay so i eat (binge on) a LOT of junk food and don't excersize at all...and i'm very very lucky with my weight. And very grateful for that.

But i'm not healthy... so i'm going on a health kick. No more junk. no more chemicals.. and no more bread/pasta...etc

I'm a bit worried about losing loads of weight. I mean, anymore than say 10lbs and i'd be too skinny...

So what *healthy* food.. will keep my wieght UP?

Annd... what about protein powder? or is that just for building muscle?

Employee was suspended for insubordination (lucky for them not terminated) and they feel they should be paid for at least four hours on that day. we run a small company in California and I dont believe this is true. i mean how does one believe they should be paid for getting suspended. if it is true all employees will want to get in trouble.

I hung out with this guy Thursday night. I just went to his house bc it was too late to go out. We are both 20. We talked and got along great, we ended up making out. I dont normally do this, but we had good chemistry. I saw him at work that Saturday and yesterday. We work together but in different departments. He always says hi and talks for a little when he first comes in then goes out of his way to talk to me during breaks. He said he didnt know if he was going out last night bc he was tired which was fine bc so was I. I mean I dont know if he likes me and I like him, should I call him or wait for him to call?

I just want to look good in my holiday snaps!?

I can make my hair look pretty decent if I use a straightening/de-frizz cream, blow dry and straightening irons, but how can I keep my frizzy haystack hair under control in the middle of humid Thailand ... possibly without electricity? We'll be hiking and doing outdoorsy stuff, visiting caves, temples, & markets, going to the beach, and partying in the big cities.

My hair looks just about exactly like my avatar. It's chin-length with layers (the shortest bits are about level with my eyes) and a side swept fringe. (But I can grow it a bit cause the trip is 6 months away.) It's mid-brown, normal texture, a bit wavy and very dry and frizzy. I have an oval face, so I can wear pretty much any style.

because it's backpacking I can't carry too many products, etc. and I don't want to spend ages in the bathroom every morning.

Cut and styling advice please?? And please give as much detail as poss cause I'm not the greatest at doing hair.

my cat jade has been acting not like her self she just lays there and does nothing she can barely stand she refuses to eat or drink and can't even go to the bathroom in the litter box she usually just goes were shes laying. are these signs of a disease... were taking her to the vet in a few days but what do i do intill then?

I had tennis elbow. I came across this machine that said "urine annalysis for what ails you. So I grabbed one of their little cups and filled it and the machine replied Tennis elbow; arternate warm and cold compress, restrain mobility for two weeks. I thought "cool". So I desided to mess with it. I took a lidded cup home and got my daughter to pee in it, got my wife to pee in it, got my dog to pee in it, and I peed in it and yoinked one off in it. The next day the machine said " Your daughter is pregnant, your wife has ghonoreah, your dog has fleas and if you don't stop beating off that tennis elbow will never heal".
