The song is a remake of The Beatles' "Hello Goodbye" by Brian Robbins and Erin Alden, it's available on iTunes. The album is called "A Beatles Tribute -- Number One Again."
However, the Brian Robbins version is close but not the same version. It's more acoustic.
It seems that there is another female vocalist, Zimbabwe-born Sophia Shorai who recorded "Hello Goodbye" for Target. According to the News section of her website:

Listen for Sophia on the new Target commercial "Hello, Goodbye". It will be featured during this years Golden Globes as well as on many primetime networks nation-wide.
This appears to be another case of this being recorded only for the commercial, and not being for sale.
From what I've heard, the song that everyone is looking for is not available in the U.S. store in iTunes, you need to change to a different country...although I don't know which one. Sorry.
