I have BT Broadband option 3, and performed a speed test with dslzoneUK, where it showed my speed over several tests at 428Kbps. I have looked on several sites and have taken all the recommended steps to optimize my speed but no luck... any help would be appreciated because I'm paying top rate for such a slow connection

Ok well i started dating this guy last year. It lasted for about four months because i found out that he was talking about me behind my back. The thing is that when we were together we were both soo happy and it affected the way we were toward family and friends in a good way. It was about 5 months ago that we split up. He doesnt have any interest but the more i try to forget about him the more i think about him and the more i convince myself that i dont like him the more i end up falling for him all over again... What should i Do all i ever do is think about him and its making me feel worse and worse every time i do so. Please Help Me.

so i've hung out with this guy for like 3 months off and on.
and we have kissed a few times. and flirt like crazy.

but we haven't talked of a relationship or anything. which is fine with me. but i just wanna know whats going through this guys head.

like last night. we went to the beach and just layed there talking. and he held me. and he wanted me to go down this path with him. but it was dark and creepy so i was just like nahh. and so he picked me up and acted like he was gonna start down it. but didnt. thank god. and he did it in a really sweet way. and he made sure i got home for curfew.

what's he thinking?

ok, other than diet and exersize, I want to know how I can lose weight extremely fast!! I am already taking hoodia and cambogia supplements but want to lose like 10 lbs a month (at least) for the next 4 months. I'm getting married on July 7th and want to lose as much weight possible. Please help, any suggestions??..I don't want to be a fat bride and it's time I get the weight off anyway.

I have pretty good skin, a few pimples here & there on my nose & forehead but other than that I like my skin. However, at night & aafter working out my skin feels SOO oily!! So i have tried soo man face washs' here is what I have used:

Sea breeze (ok, but too drying)
St. Ives (Didn't see much difference)
Clean & clear microbead cleanser (ok)
Noxzema citrus (works great, HATE the smell!!)
Biore warming scrub (no difference)
Biore ice cooling scrub (no difference)

Now I am almost out of face wash's, so I will need a new one.

I like clean & clear, but there are TOO Many choices!!! I am thinking about the Morning burst one, it looks good. Also thr neutrogena Acne stress control looks good too. Should I get both,1 for the sink 1 for the shower? or just use one. I don't feel like paying $35 for a FACE WASH like at Clinique or something like that. Thanks

I'm probably going to have my car towed to have it fixed. How much does a tow normally cost that is only about a mile and it is just a chevy cavalier? This a rural area not a large city if that has anything to do with the price.
