...strictly what-if scenario, thankfully I've heard nothing about this happening.

See if I could fight it on the basis of zoning. If not, get a petition going in the neighborhood. I have lived near a club and can honestly say it was turning my house into hell on earth- drunks walking though all of our yards, hookers using our back yards as their personal bordellos, empty liquor bottles and beer cans everywhere.

We had a local church group, run by the Church of St. Andrews, help us get the attention of the police, who went in under cover and busted them under the local "nuisance abatement act" after several OD's and arrests for prostitution. Do anything and everything that you can to keep that out of your neighborhood.

I guess he could legally do that...but if the people in the neighborhood had lots of children in the area, they'd probably want to take it to court.

Besides...there's enough PORN on the net that's legal. Why build anymore strip clubs? A waste of good building space. I'd put in a Casino (if gambling was legal for the area), but not a strip club. Eeewwwwww.

I would buy the strip club and turn it back into a church. If they did not let me I would go to court and explain.

I'd be happy because a lot more people are relaxed in strip clubs than they are in church.
