Well that is the whole problem. Partial rejections means you are the "parachute" so to speak. If they are already in a relationship and they know it is rather shaky or has been shaky in the past, it is better to give partial rejections to keep the other person around. Or if they are not in a relationship, they have mixed feelings for you, thus the partial rejection...I would need to know more about your situation but this is the best I can think of with my limited information.

mixed messages, partial rejection. the problem is there is no real communication. not good anyway. either you start and finish something ..get clarity, ask questions. if they go unanswered....mixed and partial....is a meager existance...unhappy and problematic. peace
