ok, other than diet and exersize, I want to know how I can lose weight extremely fast!! I am already taking hoodia and cambogia supplements but want to lose like 10 lbs a month (at least) for the next 4 months. I'm getting married on July 7th and want to lose as much weight possible. Please help, any suggestions??..I don't want to be a fat bride and it's time I get the weight off anyway.

I don't drink soda, and I don't eat anything fried. I don't eat late at night either.

if losing some pounds of any description and inches is what you want then I would suggest you use a diet that is all natural and is rich in protein and vitamins, which is what the FDA recommends. congratulations on your up coming marriage!!!! I too am taking diet pills with hoodia but I am also doing weight watchers too. it is very simple and very affordable. I have been on it for 5 weeks and have lost a total of 11.4 lbs. Now I have a coworker who is also doing weight watchers. She eats a slim fast shake or bar,counts the points, then she stocks her lunch bag for the day with with rest of her points both with zero point foods and foods with points. that way she doesn't have to keep counting through out the day and she doesn't have to worry about going over. She also exercises every day at the gym with weights and the tredmill and let me tell you...she has lost 24 lbs in just 8 weeks and is looking great. she is getting married in september and has a total of 50 lbs to loose and she is 1/2 way there now. So, i'm going to start an exercise program. I take the diet pills just to stop me from snacking in between meals. that friend I was telling you about also watches the calorie intake and has lowered it so her lbs are dropping off like crazy. so she is careful when choosing her points. she wants low calorie points. And it is very important to take your multi vitamin. If you also grab a complete vit B12 then that will help boost your matabolisim. That amount of weight loss in that short period of time is unhealthy.

Your husband to be wants to marry you. Don't worry about it. You will be beautiful on your wedding day, no matter what you weigh.

Diets don't work and are unhealthy. They mainly cause rapid weight loss that is always gained back the moment you stray from the program.

A good exerisize program and good eating habits are then keys to long term weight controll.

None of these so called diets work, look at the ads on TV, the fine print always says 'results not typical" meaning they don't work.

Increase your water intake to 1 to 2 gallons a day. It's a little hard to get used to because you have to pee every 15 minutes or so but it works. The principle is that it allows your kidneys to work at peek capacity. Your kidneys actually break down fat and convert it into usable energy but most people don't work properly due to low water intake. Body builders will generally take it another step and dose up on diaretics as well. This will actually dehydrate your fat and pull water out of it into your bladder which will shrink the fat. All of this won't do noticeable difference without diet and exercise.

I have this vision that you will not be a fat bride but what is your new husband going to see 6 months after you are married because you certainly can't starve yourself forever. Why don't you eat healthy and exercise--your man loves you the way you are now obviously so quit putting stress on yourself. Learn to eat healthy and you will lose the weight.

Eliminate something from your diet. Like cheese or soda.

You won't lose fast, but it beats exercising.
