I am not sure if this could be bipolar or not but if you have mood swings off and on,and sometimes go crazy to the point where you throw things one minute and is laughing like your happy the next,and you dont like to go near people such as your own family if there going to hug you or touch you.
sometimes you cry and sometimes you yell.
what could this be?

i feel dreadfull and need support i have come out about depression but not gone into full detail, i am worried about upsetting my mum even more, but i cant live like this no longer, i am worried that i wont get the help and support i need and also it wil upset people

i have felt dreadfull for years and there are few other skeletons i have not talked about either which coulod cause distress to my mother.

my mother and father are divorced and i dont have much to do with him but my mum has already said she wants to get him in on the situation and let him take some of the burden.

i am worried about there reaction, maybe i need to do this though to get the help i need. once and for all.

any advice anyone?

I'm moving and taking a new job, but the new job will mean commuting about 900 miles per week year round (and not being compensated for mileage etc).

So I need a great, smooth riding car that I can rack up the miles on and have it stay reliable (and hold its value). Would prefer one that could also handle the snow decently. Any ideas?

How about a Range Rover or an Audi? Other cars?

It used to be that a few days before my period I became very blue and sad, emotional and of course EVERYTHING seemed like a big deal. Well, for the past few months I have been fine before my period but the last day before I start my pills again I mentally crash....its like my entire PMS moods are crammed into one day I am an emotional wreck. I try to keep it under cover but I get really depressed - I cry, I think everything in my life sucks and my poor boyfriend thinks I am going to break up with him. These feelings usually last for about a day or so but I am hoping there is something I can do to stop it - I hate feeling this way . I feel really weak and mad at myself. Has anyone else ever experienced this? Does anybody have any suggestions? Please help :o(

also patent foramen ovale is suspected.have chest pains,high blood pressure140/100 pulse 110-116 i have passed out twice in two years very tired alot not over weight.i am taking blood pressure med, 325mg aspirin a day and a beta-blocker(blood pressure)and hydrochlorot(diuretic) DR TELLS ME NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT ,well im concerned because my gram died aneurysm in brain aunt has lot of problems w/heart her 2girls heart murmurs grandad died of something with his heart (idiopathic pulmonary embolism) or fibrosis of heart something like that,uncle and gram died from congestive heart failure my mom no problems dad has emphazema. will i suddenly die from CHF.i've read that CHF is from some underlying problem. im 36yrs old and have other health issues to name couple asthma,(from smoking) dr hears wheezing, i think its something else and fibromyalgia (im also on the pain patch fentanyl(50mg every 2 days) and had radiation treatment once. thanks very much in advance for all your help
