sticking with a healthy calorie based diet, like if you weigh between 130-160 lbs, u should eat based on a 1800-2000 calorie diet, and yes don't forget exercise, and remember pick an exercise that you enjoy like riding your bike or belly dancing that i like to participate in

cardio of any kind as long as you get you heart rate up and I would increase my daily intake of water aim for 60 to 80 onces a day. that is what my personal trainer taught me.
