If you are in the US and you are cutting trees down for crop production I wouldn't think that's a good idea. I know this is a sarcastic question, but to truthfully answer it I'd say leave the trees. They convert a lot of carbon into oxygen with no human impact. Plus, I'm thinking if they planted trees on the ground it's probably not very fertile or good ground to grow crops on.

Consumer Reports proved that ethanol was a bogus concept. All liberals or ethanol believers should read the article. It was an eye opener.

If its your land you should be able to do what you want. However here in Jackson county, NC you can't do what you want with your land. The commissioners just put a building moratorium on the whole county for anyone that wants to subdivide their land. these people should be tared and feathered!!

Ethanol isn't clean....and it reduces fuel economy.

Clear cutting forests have no benefit for the enviroment.
