The ontological argument fails because the simple fact that we can imagin something does not prove its existance. While I am certainly not thinking of a being "greater than which can not be concieved" if I think he doesn't exist. The fact that I can think of a greater being, with all the attributes of the first plus the added "greatness" of existance does not mean that he is a reality, just that I can't logically deny his existance if I define him that way. Ol' St Ansalm though, he was a clever guy.

Well because he gave us free will.I mean seriously, if i were to give a kid the option to go to school or not which would he pick?More likely not to go because its available and people can be lazy when it comes to the right thing.
