If the soldiery is trained by the Soviets actions in Chechnya are so bad then why do the very same actions by our troops gain acceptance.
Remember we are talking tactics not politics.
When our spc ops led Northern Afghan troops helped massacre over 4000 Taliban troops by cooking them in semi vans and firing bullets into and burial in mass graves, or torturing people as the Soviets and old Nazi Germany military did , actions we screamed as barbaric for years but now are agreeable too?
Sorry foks but when military training turns from defending a nation into being able to rationalize the deliberate invasion and occupation of a country something has changed.
When your special operations troops no longer care as to why they are doing something and it is just the doing of something that matters something has changed.
Enough BS of a soldier just follows orders, this is not Nazi Germany, those who fought such knew why they were fighting, and it wasn't just to be playing soldiers!

I bought a second hand fish tank. It doesn't leak, as I've tested it but it's a hexagonal one and the piece of glass that holds the lid up on the one side has broken off. I've now got a couple of pieces of glass which I want to glue on the keep the lid up. It will not be in contact with the water. Can anyone tell me if it will be safe to glue this glass on using super glue? Whether there would be any chemical seepage from the super glue that could contaminate the water? Or what other glue would be safe to use?

OK, I was driving today and I saw a man with a hotdog stand. It was hot outside and he looked greasy and sweaty, and the stand was far from sanitary; but to my amazement people were still buying his hotdogs o_0. I just got my hair cut in layers yesterday and it's above my shoulder. I normally use herbal essences mouse (it's in a purple can...I believe it's called Twisted?) Anyway it leaves my hair too hard and it feels "crispy". What would you recommend I use on my hair to leave it soft and bouncy?

"A ruling from the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has concluded that municipal employers have the right to censor the words "natural family," "marriage" and "family values" because that is hate speech and could scare workers. "

Two city workers posted a notice on a city office bulletin:
"Good News Employee Associations is a forum for people of Faith to express their views on the contemporary issues of the day. With respect for the Natural Family, Marriage and Family values..."

They posted the notice after homosexual groups used the city's e-mail, bulletin board, and written communications systems for promoting their views, including attacks on the bible and people of faith.

Don't you think that if the homosexual groups have the right to promote their viewpoints, the same right should be extended to the religious, family oriented? Isn't the right of free speech for all Americans?
