Murtha is a crook and Pelosi has already shown failure. I thought the dem promise was to have the US forces out this year, she is already bad on that and it "might" happen next year. What a joke!!
But, ask a dem about this, they will come up with an excuse that it is the rep's fault.
Hmmmm....this was a dem plan.
Talk about lies....
Gore did get one thing right...convenience.

Because Iraq can't be stabilized. The religious factions of the nation of Islam have been fighting each other since the year 642a.d...they are still fighting each other in Iraq. It is a civil war which we started and there is nothing we can do to stop it. Each day we stay there, it is only for the purpose of risking our soldiers lives.

When we leave, the civil war and killing will continue and intensity until some strongman with the biggest weapons and the support of another like-minded country gains control and becomes the new dictator.... like Saddam.

That's how Saddam and other dictators come to power.

We can do nothing there. We had no business going there. The people don't want us there...their neighboring countries don't want us there. We need to get the hell out.

Wasn't Iraq stabilized before we invaded? Saddam doesn't look so bad now. Wonder why the media never mentions he was the loose cannon in OPEC who was over-selling oil and keeping the supply to reasonable prices. The media fails to bring up that heroin in Afghanistan is being grown in record bumper crops also. I wonder who profits from all of this?? I'm just wondering?

By pulling out, this will ensure failure in Iraq. However, should the next president of the USA be Dem you can bet your every last dollar we will stay until the job is done. Ah...the beauty of politics.

It's all about the last vote that put the Dem's in power, they believe that's what the American people want, and that could very well be,I think most of us are tired of the war.But I really believe it should be finished so Iraq is stable and the crazy's are all put out of there misery.

Because we have been making some incredible progress in Iraq and Afghanistan (not reported by mainstream media) and they can not afford for us to be anymore successful. They are scared to death that we are about to catch Bin Laden.

Surrendering is the only thing they know how to do well.

They are against anything Bush wants. They are so polarized, they will side with anything against Bush, even enemies of the country. They both need to be arrested and tried for treason.

if Iraq is "stabilized" under the present government Iran wins.
In case you hadn't noticed the "government" is totally beholding to Muqtada al Sadr, and so is the Army.
