is that all you need to run wireless if there is already a wireless network in the area? How much is it? Is there a wireless card needed as well? How much is that usually?

by using auto-dial up(direct connect fr modem-pc) it works well. But if i connect through the linksys wireless router it did not work. i have configured as "auto config - DHCP". is it correct? Or i have to use the "Static IP". but i don't know the DNS server?
