That's Lux Aeterna by Clint Mansell. It's from the soundtrack for Requiem for a Dream. A remixed version was also used for a preview for Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers (I think it's the remix version that is used in your video clip).

The first answer is on the right track here. This version of the called is generally called "Requiem For A Tower" and was reworked by Dan Nielsen, Simone Benyacar and Veigar Margeirsson for the LOTR trailer. The original piece is in fact called "Lux Aeterna" (Latin for eternal light) and was composed by the aforementioned Clint Mansell.
