#1 His money. Most important thing to a girl. (Things that are expensive fall into this category also, house, cars etc).
#2 Him being a "bad boy". They love the sort of guy who will cheat on them or slap them around.
#3 Looks.
At 12 you still have time to work on points 1 & 2. Start saving your money, and work at becoming a bad-boy. Point 3, you'll just have to work with what you've got.

well for one i really dont care if he is not cute but he cannot be extra ugly, He must certainly have a good personality as well as good academics in school. he must also have an idea of what the future holds for him.
