I do not have alot of money and no military experience. I have a loving family and good friends. I also have a B.A. in Philosophy and do not yet have my Law Degree. Must I get a Law degree to become President? In God We Trust.

You need to start saving your money, put all those "in God we trust" in he piggy instead of spending them on drugs. I have no doubt though that you are more qualified then the joke we have now.

You don't really need a law degree. Bush doesn't have one. All he has is a Masters Degree in Business Administration so he could run his dad's oil businesses. His military record is uneventful and questionable..
Your best bet would be to get your masters in Political Science or Business or Law. While achieving your master's, you can also study the current 100 US senators or 435 congressmen and how they got to where they were by using resources from the university library. Become involved with student council and student leadership projects on campus.

Since you don't have a lot of money I would suggest that you start by going on public access channel talk shows and stating you're points of view politically. Create connections with people who are involved in the media and in government. You can also start a blog online or like a MySpace page so you can share your views and your intentions. Take advantage of any publicity you can find. Good Luck!

or you must have a certain amount of signatures to be eligible to run and be placed on the ballot!

well, you have to become some kind of governor/senator/congressmen. otherwise your chances are QUITE low. worry about that first.
