I have the Pokemon FireRed ROM for PC and I was wondering how to get the Pokemon Shiny Gold ROM. What do I need to use in order to get it? Also, are all 151 pokemon available in the FR ROM? if not, how do I get them all? Thanks all!

PS: I am a big Pokemon fan and I do buy legit games, but I got this one cause my sister traded in my real FR by accident. So, please don't hold this against me, I do not plan to use any more ROMS, just this and shiny Gold. (nintendo doesnt even sell gold anyways. so why not use ROMS?)

2 weeks ago the girl that sits next to me asked if i had a girlfriend. I said no, but also i barely knew her. Today she came to school in short shorts and turned in her seat so that her legs (very nice and smooth) were practiclaay rubbing against me. She kept this position for about 30 minutes. My female boss always changes her body language when she speaks to me, even when there are others present. She lowers her head, smiles and averts her eyes but they are wide open. Then she usually laughs or smiles over nothing at all. She only does this with me.
