He should be making it very clear, if he is serious and has basic communication skills.
If you are constantly having to ask or guess, then you need to ask yourself whether there is room/interest for growth in this area.
If not, remember that you can't change someone & what you see early on is what you get when more deeply involved, only to the 100th power.

do you mean medically?
there are hospital records

or romantically?
generally its a mutual feeling; or perhaps that person may verbalize it to you. I would never "assume" anything -- assuming only makes an *** of u and the other one (known as me) ; that's the way the word is spelled....

if it is just feelings.. this is the wrong section to be under.. this is for medical problems... and if you are asking if you have someone;s heart as in physically.... you should know.. ask your doc. but i am sure you dont unless you had a heart transplant and this isnt a sick joke....if it is then your sick to ask this...
