I have just started to exercise and diet . I jog 3 miles a day and burn 300 calories doing it according to my treadmill. I have cut soda, fried foods, butter and sugar out of my diet. I feel great but I dont see any inches coming off, but I've only been doing this a week? How long will it take for me to see results? And is there anything else I can do to help me lose weight? I want to lose 15 pounds by july.

Every summer I take a few trips to Helena MT, to have fun and visit family, but, recently, I have encountered a problem. There are no reasonable First class flights from Billings MT to Helena MT. BY reasonable, I mean Time efficient. The last time my travel agent found a flight, it went to Texas, and then back, with WAY to may layovers. I know that Helena is a 4 hour drive, but I hate road trips and will not fly economy (so Big Sky air lines is out of the Question) Are there any airlines that have a none-stop First Class flights to Helena that you have heard of? I used to be able to go through Salt Lake. Do you know of any good places to rent a private jet? (other than Edwards)

I would like to have a baby..... But my fiance has a lil problem down stairs. We are going to try all the fertility stuff but 95% of the time he doesnt :::::::during intercourse. He gets real close and then it just doesnt happen....For some reason he just doesnt :::::: during intercourse but during ever other activity....Does anyone have any ideas on what we can do so we can have some chance of having a baby?

I stopped watching The View, when it became evident that ABC was allowing Rosie to run her mouth, no matter how nasty she gets. But I still try to keep up with who she insults. How many stamps do they take? Lol J/K I have a woman from russia that is really sweet and really beautiful to say the least. Of course you can't expect to actually fall into love or anything close to it online through email. She isn't a mail order bride or anything like that but she is interested in comming to the US for marriage. Is it just for that lovely greencard? Has anyone actually married someone this way? If so what came out of it? I know a guy here at work that married a woman from brazil that is absolutely gorgeous and he couldn't get a date here to save his life. But she's actually happy with him. I'm not considering it really without spending a lot of time to actually get to know them personally for quiet awhile but how would all that work out? How long can they come to the US to visit before they had to go back too?
