How many stamps do they take? Lol J/K I have a woman from russia that is really sweet and really beautiful to say the least. Of course you can't expect to actually fall into love or anything close to it online through email. She isn't a mail order bride or anything like that but she is interested in comming to the US for marriage. Is it just for that lovely greencard? Has anyone actually married someone this way? If so what came out of it? I know a guy here at work that married a woman from brazil that is absolutely gorgeous and he couldn't get a date here to save his life. But she's actually happy with him. I'm not considering it really without spending a lot of time to actually get to know them personally for quiet awhile but how would all that work out? How long can they come to the US to visit before they had to go back too?

Oh i agree I've been to sweden women there are amazing. They are so fit and gorgeous and take care of the man. First time I've had a one night stand and the next morning the woman did like actual wife duties like cooking breakfast and tons of other small things... and another guy from my unit in the USMC went back and married a girl he met while there.

Don't do it! Marriage is such a hard thing. The INS is very strict right now. You would actually have to stayed married for a few years before you can file for residency. Before it was a lot easier to get a green card. I didn't marry for that, but my husband was not from this country so we are in the process of going through the immigration stuff. We've been married for 8 years, but couldn't afford all the paperwork until now.

The best thing to do here is go to one of those "Russian Bride" websites and read through the FAQ, if they have one. Most of these organizations will give you all the information you need to make a decision about this. I've seen one or two of the same, myself; one ended badly, and with kids involved. The other is more fun than a barrel of monkeys, I've heard. Still, I've put the thought into such a venture, myself; for some reason, I keep thinking that American women are spoiled. But who knows?

mail order bride is the way to go. I have traveled tha world and believe me women in the United States suxs. Women overseas are more into pleasuring men first then themselfs.
