It is a fancy word for "stalker". They get the low down on everything you ask or answer and can basically mess with you or may be chat with you. Oddly, that seems to be a reason for getting your questions and answers deleted. Hmmmm. At any rate, they hook onto your questions and answers instead of having to look them up for themselves. Plain Lazy if you ask me.
