My female boss always changes her body language when she speaks to me, even when there are others present. She lowers her head, smiles and averts her eyes but they are wide open. Then she usually laughs or smiles over nothing at all. She only does this with me.
OK so call me a dumb guy, but what does this mean? Is she nervous or afraid or what?
