i've been very depressed for on and off for about a year now, because of an incident in which i lost my girlfriend, my best friend, most of my other friends, and a couple of months later my faith.
i'm to the point where i have and ok week (almost never a good one), then i spiral down into deep depression, wake up exhausted in the morning, and continue tired and sad throughout the day. i can't afford a therapist, i doubt my parents will pay for one, everyone in my family is super-christian (and doesn't know i'm not, so that makes their advice... uneffective), and i have maybe one or two people who i could tell this all to, but even they aren't the sort of people who would try to help much...
anyone have any suggestions? i'm open to just about anything by now.
