He was pressured to join it. Lots of the people in the church was looking at him and waiting for him to say yes. But he actually do not want to join.

He said yes for the sake of not wasting their efforts to make people join Christianity. He is expected to go for a baptist or something ceremony next week. Should he go? He really do not want to join.

while cleaning the trunk of the car , i found two pieces of coal at each side in some hidden cornered area .
some people told me these are for absorbing moisture .
if not what is the use of 2 pc.s of coal in the trunk , to avoid dust forming ???

My father (now 82 yo) has never been expressive - never shown love, pride, affection, anything. 2 yrs back, my mom died and he came to live with us (in a country where sons are "expected" to take care of elderly parents). Since then things have gotten worse. He has never bothered to make any kind of relationship with my wife, ignores his grandchildren, uses the car, family resources, etc and still remains very selfish and unconcerned. Some time back I lost my temper and asked him to make choices in life. He got upset and now wants to move to an old-age home - this makes me feel guilty and sad. I know my family and I will probably feel better if he moves. Social and family expectations however are different. Deep down, I love him and don't want to lose him either. I know I sound confused and any advice will help.

I've being wearing contacts for almost a year, and my prescription was 2.0 and 2.5., so last week y got a new pair of glasses with a new prescription, but the power raised to 2.75 ans 2.50, and now i feel ready dizzy with this glasses, is that normal or the power of the glasses might be too strong??

okay: Ever since I can remember, my mom has recounted conversations she's had with Jesus/God. She is not a condemning person--she tends to be open minded and she is always helps others..

Anyway-- I don't think she is crazy. But I don't believe in God. I tend to be logical and a caring/sometimes intervening God doesn't make sense.

What would you think if you were in my position? I say I'm agnostic--- If I were to say I was atheist, that would be like calling my mom crazy! What do you think? How can I rationalize what my mom says?

Natives did not say their was a way of coming here legally or illegally because most of the Europeans came here for land,power and greed.Then after they did this they stole the land from the Natives who were kind to the whites in the first place. Then after they went on with Manifest Destiney saying God wanted the people to extend the U.S. of A. from the Atlantic to Pacific ocean.When they made the offer to Mexico which Mexico denied they went on and went to war for the land that was not even theirs meaning it was stolen.And yet they complain saying get the illegals out of here when in fact when their ancestors came here they did not come legally.They were not even invited here.They brought diseases and yet they say we natives/Latin Americans are sickly you practically wiped out most of our people with all your sickness which we did not even know existed until you uninvitingly showed up.

i know this girl likes me and visa versa. an old friend, and we have lots in common and it says shes a swinger on myspace. from what i heard from my friend she is a booty call. is this true? she told me she does get tested every year. i just dont want to b dating a you know what and a cheater. she also just broke up with her boyfriend, and she cant seem to get over it. its been two months. but shes also loooking for a job and in school which is good. everthing seemed normal until my friend told me what a swinger is. so is this old friend of mine who i want to tell i like her a good choice??

My hospital records show i am blood type B wheni was born in 1977 & i had a baby in 2004 & the Dr. said i am type A. Now i am worried ..could i be a mix-up baby..or could this be a careless mistake at the hospital. I don't know where 2 start.

I eat healthy i sleep great but i never have any energy. I'm always so tired and i can barely keep my eyes open half the time because i just feel exhausted.
