I'm about 5'7" and my goal is 5'10" im 15 right now. I heard that if you eat peanut butter it helps you grow. I just wanta know if thats true.

It is very nourishing as long as your not allergic to peanuts.

A peanut butter and jam sandwich made with 100 % whole wheat bread is a fast healthy snack. If you have plenty of milk and veggies and fruit along with it, you will have Strong bones. Peanut butter is high in protein.

I'm not a doctor but besides a well balanced breakfast and dinner plus the snack and lunch above my son grew like a weed.

Eating peanut butter will help u grow in muscle it contains protein but it wont let u get taller.

No or my husband would be 50 feet tall. Peanut butter only helps you grow out, not up.

PB is a great protein substitute - HOWEVER
stay away from any with 'hydrogenated' anything -
that's the key word for saturated fats - the WORST kind

it's also good for filling you up - a nice, slow curve on
pinging your sugars - good for diabetics 2
