I eat healthy i sleep great but i never have any energy. I'm always so tired and i can barely keep my eyes open half the time because i just feel exhausted. I have went to the doctors he said i was fine. Is there anything i can buy over the counter to have more energy and not feel tired all of the time. I need spacific names.

Do you drink enough water? You divide your weight by 2 and the number you come up with is the amount of ounces of water you should drink daily. For instance, if you weigh 120, divided by 2, is 60, which means you should drink 60 ounces of water, not pop, or other liquids. Some recommend 10 eight oz. glasses daily. Lack of enough water will cause you to feel tired.
I also would take a multi-vitamin, multi-mineral supplement, like Centrum. This will make sure you get enough minerals.

sorry but no there is nothing you can buy to give you more energy.
Now focus, Think about what you eat. I know we have a hard time controling our diet but thats 90 percent of it. The best energy source is a good exercice plan. I love to wake up early, throw on my shorts and welcome the day with a good stretch session then a steady run. Run until you sweat too. Push beyond the pain then after your shower drink some water and eggs with oj or peanut butter on toast. Your mind and good habits are the best energy.
