My hospital records show i am blood type B wheni was born in 1977 & i had a baby in 2004 & the Dr. said i am type A. Now i am worried ..could i be a mix-up baby..or could this be a careless mistake at the hospital. I don't know where 2 start.

You could always have your DNA checked if you are that worried, but chances are pretty good that they screwed up the test in 1977. Or, just double check and have your blood checked again. I don't think this should be that big of a deal.

The same thing happened to me. When I was born in 83 they said I was B. When I first gave blood when I was a teenager they said I was O. When I had my kid they also said I was O. I know I'm definitely an O and my records show that now.
