I evaluate myself a author (a minimum of, I write) and that i'm not depressed. yet frustration or maybe unhappiness is something that comes from writing, simply by fact, as somebody else reported earlier me, you at the instant are not basically feeling your guy or woman united statesand downs, yet your characters as properly. i'm an extremely emotional person, i will admit, and that i'm getting worked up over stuff that according to risk I shouldn't. Does how writing is going for me result my temper? i think of so. Writing is, for persons who're obsessed on it, a sort of launch of their innermost self, and whilst swiftly something happens and that launch gets up on carry, it gets all bottled up. i assume it somewhat is why I call author's Block a affliction. you're being slowly tormented to death by using the suggestions which you won't be able to write. Haha, so yeah. Are all writers emotional human beings? i think of so. Are all of them depressed? i visit could desire to disagree with that one, regardless of the reality that they actual all could be depressed at diverse situations.

Never be afraid to go to your doctor and tell about your depression, many people suffer at least one episode in their lives, and yours seems to have been caused by external factors rather than clinical, so short term meds should help pick up your mood and clear your mind, be kind to yourself and do it for YOU. When I was going thru what I thought was the end of my little world I rang Lifeline 131114 and just talked and talked until I got everything back into perspective again. Took a plane to Sydney and back, I am on a pension! and just spent quiet time at my sons place, slowly but surely I have started to get well again and you can do that too. By the way lifeline is free. Time to look after you now.

I am informed that you can receive treatment at no cost, or income based, in most places in the USA. Start with a visit to your doctor, who will diagnose your condition, and you can ask questions about treatment options. Your county health service may be of assistance. Practice this form of meditation for 20 mins. daily, and whenever depression recurs: Sit comfortably in a darkened room with a lighted candle in front of you. Gaze at the candle. Focus all your attention on the feeling your breath makes at the point where it enters and leaves your body, as you breathe regularly (preferably through the nose), in and out, in and out, in and out.................All thoughts observed and dismissed as being distractions, as you return to focusing your attention [You can always say, quite truthfully, that you are practicing spiritual exercises]. Exercise daily for 30 - 60 mins. Eat healthily. Keep occupied. See http://www.beattheblues.info/? & www.depression.com/-

I think you should pray and go to church and get your faith back, there are always people who you can talk to, who will listen. There are people who might be going through the same thing or worse, you are not alone. I m sure your family has you in their prayers and they love you. Don't give up things happen for a reason, maybe God wants you to get closer to him, sometimes it happens the hard way we have to see life through a dark tunnel but there is always a light at the end of tunnel also. Don't let Satan have his way and if you ever feel like you want to hurt yourself or someone else and there's no other choice then I would go to see a therapist or counselor for advice. Good Luck!

yes, I have tons of suggestions for ideas and ways to help you. You may review my last "best answer" for one idea of ways to work through your feelings - see what you think about it.
If you're ready to get down and invest in yourself and your feelings and life, I can help.
I would also suggest reading and working through a book by Dr. Phil - It is called Self Matters. If you can be truly honest and will faithfully put time into the processes in his book, you will definitely benefit.
One other thing - I know about losing people and your faith. My brother was killed on my 17th, and in standing over his grave, with my other brother by my side (who blames me for it), my living brother made this comment, "There he is. 6 feet under. And now it's all over." We then got into a big discussion about heaven being a man-made concept and other stuff. This destroyed my whole idea of God and the world and other stuff. There was also a comment/story made/told by the preacher/priest whatever he was at the funeral. Anyway, it all threw me into a world of being lost..........

You may find a support group to attend. This would give you the opportunity to communicate with others that possibly have experienced the same thing.
I've know people to find great support and to even overcome their depression by becoming involved with such groups.

any sort of depression can be tide over by faith in GOD and sincere prayer.
Your prayer is from your heart. Further You must have to understood the fact that God is present in our heart. This can be realised in meditation. Further we are the creation of our own destiny. As per Hindu sacred religion, we carry all good and bad deeds life after life. There is no end unless we pray for unification of self with the divineliness.
Hence there is always a possible way to complete mergence with God in this life by a simple and wonderful meditation
