My second female how is 18mths old and has not had a litter yet is now on heat but the two males dont seem to care and show no intrest in her she is about 8-10 days into her heat.

Females should never be mated under the age of 2 years, this is not your problem. It is recommended that Male dogs shouldn't be mated under the age of 1 year. 9 months is too young and he is probably not Sexually mature yet. Wait i little while longer for the best results. Dogs only get mature when at least 10 months of age.

I surely hope all you dogs are DNA tested. AKC requires the male to be DNA tested since you are using him a lot to sire puppies. I have read your question more than once. I am sorry but I really don't think you are knowledge enough to be breeding your dogs. It seems to me that you are just throwing them together and hoping for puppies.

I think, if I were you is to stop what you are doing and learn about breeding dogs. What you are asking here a breeder should already know. What I see here, and hope I am wrong, because sometimes people aren't plain enough on their questions , is that you are over breeding your dogs.

If you want to breed dogs you need to learn everything about it. The good, the bad, and in between.
