Nobody can file as head of household, filing jointly is not an option.

My neighbors play basketball and their driveway is right on the side of my house. How can I lessen the noise of the bouncing basketball from coming into my home? I can hear it through out the house, whether in the basement, first or second floors. The easiest and most inexpensive way would be ideal.

It's been years for my dad but he would like to talk to his old military buddies. He was in Germany. Well if you know a Eugene Durham or a guy who went most of the time by Tommy then that was him he was a telephone guy he put them up an things like that.

one of my really good friends thinks that she might be pregnant. Her period is late. She told me that she used a condom and i'm pretty sure that she was on birth control for cramps or something. Is it possible that she's pregnant? I'm really worried about her. She's only 14, it was her first time having sex, and her boyfriend (who is 2 years older) broke up with her right after. Hi,

I need a DVD or a HDD recorder with Freeview. Ideally, it has dual tuners and divx support, but these are not essential.
What I need is something that is quick, intuitive, not too noisy and under £160. Any suggestions?
If it is a HDD recorder - how does one transfer video from it to a DVD/PC?

I have a 14 year old dog that only has back leg problems but recently their has been big bathroom problems and her urine smells so bad and she cannot hold her stool. I'm always cleaning up after her mess, I had to put her companion down a year ago due to metal problems of aging. She has high spriits and still is alert.

I remember being embarrassed that my dad was a preacher for some reason. The teacher asked each of us what our dad did and I answered "clergyman" hoping no one would know what that was! I'm definitely not ashamed now! He was a great man! I miss him now.....

I live in a really rich town. But my family dosnt have a lot of money, we only live here for the schools. Our house is tiny and needs a lot of work. We bought it to fix it up, but it is taking forever (over 3 years now). The inside is always a mess because nobody every has time to clean, my parents are always at work and my brother and I have school. Im embarrassed to invited people over to my house because it seems so gross to me. But i also feel bad never inviting my friends over, and only going to their houses. What should i do?

I am 21 weeks pregnant right now and I can't get comfortable at night I start out on my left side with the body pillows between my legs, etc. but in the middle of the night I wake up on my right side. I have read many things saying this is very bad for your baby but I can't help doing it. It keeps me awake too because I try my best to stay on my left side and i get worried everynight that I am hurting my baby. Is it really true that it can hurt my baby or is it okay for me to sleep on my right side? HELP PLEASE!!

Just wondering how many people out there have weird fantasies?
I mean I find myself having these fantasies regularly and most I would be embarrassed to tell people out. Most are forbidden type of fantasies that society would look down upon. I think I am somewhat of a normal guy, but these fantasies and desires are still there. Just wanted to know if anyone else had these. Just interested I guess.
