I have a granite surround over a fiberglass tub. So far, I have not been able to find one product to clean both safely. Ideally I would like to use a "clean shower" type product that you just spray on after using.

Also, I see many products that warn "do not use on natural marble" and some that say not to use them on natural stone... What is the difference?

it seems like people as a whole have compleately lost their natural instints and are becoming compleately out of touch with nature, and with other animals. i mean, what other species destroys their own habitat on such a large scale (global warming, cutting down forests, ect.) when did this start happening? what went wrong??

Any Doctors or Med Students Out There
Could you please tell me how one becomes a doctor and
what age range a doctor usually is when he/she has
his/her own practice. And do doctors make a lot of
money or no? And a little of what it's like to be a
doctor.

See, I'm writting a book about kids in an orphanage
and I have a chacter that is a doctor (pediatrician)
for the orphans, whom adopts one of the girls in the
orphanage.
I just want to make sure I get the right background
for this character. I'm trying to make everything
perfect by researching orphanages, foster care,
adoption, ect.... It would be a great help if you
could give me some info on doctors.

The parking lights do come on though when the car is in park. If I raise the steering column, the light will work just fine. Anyone have an idea of what might be causing the problem and any estimates on repair? Thanks.

20,000 people die a year driving to work. I pay taxes and have a family. I have a greater chance of getting cleaved in half by a semi than our soldiers have of dieing in Iraq. Why is my sacrifice any more or less valid.

So far, most of the victims of terrorism, like those in 9/11, have not been soldiers. I am not trying to imply our soldiers aren't sacrificing their lives for their country. I do support them and condemn Walter Reed for having mold in the showers, but I do resent the so called "chicken" hawk mentality that you have to be in the military to have any opinion about the war.

Consider, if I die in a car wreck, my family is no less grieved for me than if I was to die in Iraq, but only my family would consider me a hero. Soldiers who die are lucky, because no matter what they did or how they lived their lives, they are heroes. Consider Lindy England. Had she have died in a prison outbreak and the Abu Grahib pictures never came to light...

2 old boys walking down the street.
they see a sign outside a pub it says "oap special 50p a drink"
so the old boys decide to go in.
they walk to the bar and order 2 dry martini's
"50p each" says the barman.
anyway, after a few more drinks they ask about the deal.
"how come you can serve drinks this cheap?" asks the first old boy.
"oh simple" says the barman. "you see i won £20 million on the lottery so decided to do this for the community."
anyway, a few moments pass when the old boys see 2 more old fellas at the end of the bar not having a drink. in fact they havent touched a drop all night. so again they ask the bartender.
"why are those 2 fellas not drinking" says the old boy.
"oh thats hamish and rab down from scotland."

My grilfriend of 5 years left me, then 2 days later came back telling me i was the love of her life and she could not be without me, wanted to marry me, etc..I gave her another chance. I have decided firstly I would like to study in the US to help further my education and perhaps make a new life out there? I have been offered a place to stay with a friend to keep my costs low; thus meaning I wouldn't have to pay for the 'expensive' accomodation. I know I would have to apply for an F-1 Visa and show that I would come back to the UK after my studies.

So in short I'm asking,

I do hope to study and then live in the US (with my friend and her family) so what if my 'circumstances' change (in what ever shape) and I wish to reside out there after my studies, will this go against me, in the sense that I have been able to prove I would come back to the UK but have chosen not too?

Am I as a female UK citizen likely to be rejected by the London embassy?

Has anyone in here from UK had to be interviewed by an officer for an F-1, any tips, advice for applying for an F-1?

Any help would be appreciated!

I have a Maxtor harddrive that crashed over a year ago (it was about 15 months old when it crashed).

Is there a way to cheaply extract the data? Can I simply switch out the harddrive disk with another harddrive disk?

Is there a cheap service that can extract the data?

I have TONS of pictures, video, and music on that harddrive that I really need to gain access to.

Please help!
