im am 18 weeks with my 2nd pregnancy, m/c my first at 9 weeks. i know mothers who have had babies tend to feel their movements earlier with later pregnancies. for this reason i dont know if i would come under this category cause i wasnt far along with the first.

ive felt things in my tummy, but im not sure id call it the baby moving as i dont feel it everyday. sometimes its like a very light poke or prod in my tummy or side, sometimes it feels like im about to pass wind but i dont.

This is my second coils. The first i had in for 5 years and had no problems with.
This time i have had it in for 6 months and in the last couple of months i have been getting such stomach pains just like period pains without the bleeding. Seen doctor for swabs for infection and bladder infections and have come back neg but am alittle worried now as the doctor seems like they have no clue.
Anyone with these probs?

The truck I want is very very specific, I want a '59 chevy apache, one that has no rust, and is in good condition, but not excellent, I want one that is cheap, mabe close to 5000 and under, automatic transmission, or manuel, but I would prefer a manuel transmission, This would be my dream truck almost, and all help leading me to buying it, or aquiring one would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

I just brought a set of 5.1 pc speakers for my xp system and they work perfectly. However the sound from the front three speakers sounds very tinny and "fights" with the bass to produce a good sound.
I have fiddled with the speaker settings (Creative Surround sound mixer) but I am still finding it hard to adjust the speakers to a decent sound.

Does anyone have a good, free downloadable application that I can use?

Also is there again, any free software that can let me split what I listen to. I.e if I plug headphones in and the speakers, the speakers will emitted on audio soucre while the headphones can be set to play something else ?

Am having a debate with a friend; I maintain that 'please' is not always polite.

"Please do this" is usually an order. There's not much room to wiggle out of it.

On the other hand, casual requests -- "If you can spare the time, do you think you could get X done?" -- let the person you're asking say "I don't have the time, sorry," or "Sure, just as soon as I'm finished with Y."

The latter strikes me as much more polite. The friend disagrees -- 'please' is, for him, required. I say it makes for an awkward exchange, especially because the response to either phrasing tends to be followed with a 'thank you.' 'Please do this,' 'Yes,' 'Thank you,' strikes me as stilted and along the lines of what you'd expect from a grade school teacher and a student.

Am I, er, less old-fashioned than the friend? Is that even old-fashioned? Can you think of situations where one would be clearly better than the other, or is it an all-the-time thing for you? Etc, etc. Your comments...?
