i want to try proactive but ive heard that if you use it, you cant stop using or use other cleansers because then the acne comes back, maybe even worser than before. is it true?

I just had 25 trees cut down in my yard. I noticed that several of them had large holes up the middle of the trunks. This includes several oaks and a sweetgum. The trees seemed healthy, and so do the others that are left. However in the past 5 years, Ive had 2 large Oaks Die for no appearent reason. Any idea why? What do I need to do to protect the others?
