One of my friends was trying to lose weight fast so she could join the Navy, so she ate a little over a thousand calories a day, excercised, and took diet pills so she would be hungry all the time. Well, one day I had a wake up call and realized that I am also fat and so I started doing the same thing. She lost weight really fast and it's working for me, but alot of my friends say I'm hurting myself.
I don't get it. If you want to loose weight you diet and exercise. I'm only using the pills to control my appetite and I'm taking half the recommended dosage. Is it really all that bad? Or are my friends just jealous because I'm losing weight?
