yes it is.. there are nokia stores all over the metro. there's one in gateway near the cinemas. im not sure about the price range but it may be somewhere between 10-15k pesos.. depends in where you'll buy it..

you can also try buying in greenhills.. you can haggle at least, but warranty is compromised most of the time..

i think all the latest/popular phone kits are available here. im not sure about the price range, go to smart.com.ph or globe telecoms website to see their prices
or if you want, go to greenhills. you can find phones on bargain-price there
