None. Starbucks doesn't franchise, neither does Coffee Bean. The chains that do franchise are relatively less known (Cuppy's, Maui Wowi, Bear Creek, It's a Grind, The Coffee Beanery, and a few others). You may be better off working as a store manager for Starbucks (health coverage is definitely going to be better), at least until you learn the ropes and are ready to go out on your own.

Franchises can be very tricky. First you need to look at what they supply for your $$$. Compare franchise fees, amenities, etc. Some people pick franchises for name recognition, others for a solid system. It really depends on what you need, want & are willing to spend.

Depends on the area and competition. But I've never seen a starbuck's that didn't look busy.
