I am scheduled for my first LEEP next week and I'm not sure what to expect. Since it is not done in my doctor's office, instead at a hospital, does that mean that I will be put under? (I hope so). Secondly, I understand that there will be some discomfort, but do they prescribe any painkillers for the day of the surgery or after? Just trying to get some info ahead of time, and figure out if i will be aware of what is happening. Any answers are appreciated. Thanks.

me and fiance had unprotected sex a few times since my last period and about a week after that I started to feel SUPER tired all the time (that's unusal for me), bad headaches, back aches, weird dreams, weird cramping feeling, and hot flashes at night and other various symptoms. my period isn't due for another 2 weeks and I took a test last night and there was a very faint line in the (T) area.
Is it to soon to tell if I am pregnant?
Do any of these symptoms sound like pregnancy symptoms?
Need advice :)

PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME TO PRAY! I HAVE ALREADY PRAYED LONG AND HARD AND I AM STILL SO CONFUSED
I have recently started turning my life over to God, but I don't know how to give everything to him. How do I know what He wants from me? How do I know what He is calling me to do? Everyone says I will be happy once I really begin to do what I am being called to do, but I don't know what that is, much less how to do it. I feel called to do things, but they just dont make sense. For instance, I feel this great urge to move to Alpharetta Georgia, and pursue working with the Passion Ministries Group, but that would mean quitting my current job, moving my children away from their fathers, and me moving away from my own family. So how can that be the right thing to do?

She is the popular girl in my class. She gets strait a's and is always kind and sweet. She is also our schools top point gaurd. I am the star athlete on our schools baseball team. I dont act like a jerk or try to hot dog it when i am around her but all two times i have asked her out she turned me down for a snobby jerk from another school and or some retard out here. I generate short conversations with her and try to be as perfect as possable, yet she still said no. Last time i asked was in 7th grade and now im a Freshman. How do i get her to go out with me??? My dad has been feeling his sister's spirit around him since her tragic sudden death from cancer. Over the last 8 years he swears she hasn't crossed over yet and it this really makes him sad. He doesn't know what to do to help her cross over. Does anyone know what I can read (or audio tape) to get advice about what he/we need to do to help her?? My dad is very disturbed about why she is still here and no matter how hard he tries to listen and be alert to her to signs he can't figure out why she hasn't crossed over. This isn't a joke. I need some help or advice of what I can do to research this more. Please give me any and all appropriate suggestions. Thanks so much!

my mother has made it clear that she does not approve of me marrying my fiance, she has told me this and she has told him this. She even went as far as to tell him that she knows what I look like when I am in love and she doesn't see it. She has brought up my past relationships as comparisons and really upset him. The worst part is she doesn't tell me when they do talk, he comes to me, usually very upset, and tells me what she is saying. I do not doubt she is saying those things to him, but it needs to stop. I love my fiance very much, I couldn't imagine life without him. How do I tell my mother to back off?

Dr Phil goes out a lot and never knows how much to tip.

The other day, Dr Phil was gettin a handy at the local whack shack / rub & a tug and after the happy ending, it got a little awkward.

Phil Jr had "accidentally" caught her in the eye with a stray shot and I didn't know if that meant Dr Phil should leave an extra tip?

In general do you think Dr Phil should have thrown her some extra bones for the mishap...or is included in the pricing?
