How long has it been since you've had your eyes tested? If you spend a lot of time online you could need glasses or a new prescription for them. The nausea can be part of that because you may be slightly dizzy or reacting to light.

Here's the thing with headaches ... they could mean anything. You're best bet is to go see a doctor. If this has been going on for a month, Tylenol isn't going to make it go away.

I know that doesn't answer your question but I'd rather see you go to the doctor and find out what's REALLY wrong than have me take an educated guess. This is your health we're talking about here. Go see your doctor.

Good luck and I hope you feel 100% better soon! :)

Have you acquired something new recently ?
Clothing ? Food ? Furniture ?
Perhaps it contains some ingredient that you are allergic to.
If so, remove & isolate the item for a while-see if your health improves.
Try & rest more often & drink plenty of liquids.

Are you taking any other meds? Stress can also cause headaches especially toward the neck area. Headaches can cause nausea.
