1. Charla & Mirna....they drove me nuts in the 5th season and this season its even worse. They cry about every thing !!!!

2.The Weaver family ... I didn't like how they would make fun of all the other teams and then in the same breath say " Lord help us win this race ...and help us be more like you" I did a happy dance when they lost.

3. Any of the teams that are boyfriend & girlfriend/husband& wife and fight the entire time. Then when they lose they say that the Amazing Race changed their marriage for the good ...* rolling eyes* if wanting to kill each other is changing their marriage for the good what kind of lunatics are on that show lol ?


I really like Teri & Ian,Uchenna & Joyce,David & Mary ( I am so glad they saw the light and stopped making alliances),Dustin & Kandice, the hippys and I really mliked the Lindz family ...who do you like ?

"Someone told me that the song Atomic by Blondie is about a woman going down on a man.

"your hair is beautiful" is when he is looking down at her at the back of her head.
Atomic = explosion as he finishes off.

So I'm a little scared of the lack of an O-zone layer down there. My skin has hardly seen any sun this winter, so I was wondering if there is anything I can do (besides going to a tanning bed) to prepare for it. Obviously, I plan on wearing a lot of sunscreen when I'm down there, but I wouldn't mind getting a bit of a tan either. I know there are some sunless tan lotions and whatnot, but I'm not very familiar with those products. Anyone have any words of wisdom for me?

Which do you prefer? Being asked for $ex by your husband or boyfriend, or not being asked? My wife has a below average drive. I used to ask her for $ex but I've totally stopped asking her. I stopped because I felt that I was putting too much pressure on her which might have been having an adverse affect on our relationship. Strangely enough, we more or less still do it the same number of times per month. The only difference is that I always wait for her to ask me.
Now that I've stopped asking for it, I realize that I prefer to be asked. I feel so much less pathetic!! O=(^o^) Also in a masochistic kind of way, I actually enjoy the denial part of it ...to a point..

So, do you like to ask for it, or do you like to be asked?

I'm writing a formal letter, but I don't know the recipient's gender. All I know is their surname. They could be a Mr, Mrs, Miss, Ms, or Dr. Is there a polite way to formally address them in a letter without resorting to the impersonal "Dear sir/madam"?

I removed an old light fixture which is connected to only 1 switch. The cable into the fixture's electrical box had 4 wires (black, white, red, and a bare copper wire). The old light fixture had 3 wires (black, white and green). The old light was wired like this: Black (box) to black (old fixture), white (box) to white (old fixture), red (box) to green (old fixture).

My new light fixture has only 2 wires, and a bare ground (black, white and ground). I assumed the green wire in the old light fixture was the ground. So I first wired the new light fixture's ground into the red wire (as well as black to black, and white to white). When I turned the circuit on, the light was on, even though the switch for the light was off. When I turned the switch on, it blew the fuse.

Next I left the red wire unconnected, white to white, black to black, connected the ground to the box. Result: light on even though switch was off, switch did not turn light on or off.

Ive just joined a gym and im fimilar with the equipment and ect, just im not sure how much im meant to be doing and for how long im a health size 12 and just need to tone up, i can manage 45 mins but not sure am i geting bulky rather than slim

I use traedmill for 40 mins, cross trainer for 10, rowing machine 5 mins and 5 mins on steppper
