"Someone told me that the song Atomic by Blondie is about a woman going down on a man.

"your hair is beautiful" is when he is looking down at her at the back of her head.
Atomic = explosion as he finishes off.

does anyone know anything about this????

No, that is definitely not what it is about! Jimmy Destri, the keyboardist of Blondie, wrote the song because he was trying to recreate Heart of Glass. The lyrics were written by lead singer, Debbie Harry while the band was playing. In other words the song is random and has no real meaning.
