How can i have deep sleep for 8 hours and not feeling sluggish in the morning?
what can i do to maintain 8 hours of uninterrupt sleep?
i've tried jogging , pilates n swimming thats 5 hrs before bedtime.
i drank all sorts of herbal drinks , warm milk etc etc etc....still i cant get no good sleep .AND NO , I DON'T HAVE ANY EMOTIONAL ISSUES pls help !

I think so. Why can't people just ACCEPT each other for being unique, special individuals?

Instead, some people try to force each others opinions down each other's throats and that causes angry feelings.

I've been to all Gloria Estefan's lyrics sites and coudln't find it at all. As for the other name, totally zero!! Also been to other Spanish lyrics sites, still nothing. I've got eczema on my hands. It really makes them dry and crack alot. It makes it hard to take care of everyday things. I've tried lots of different things to keep it at bay but nothing is perfect. Besides Prednisone and Depromedrol shots. Which isn't good for you long term. I'm hoping someone knows something that I don't.

I go to this vietnamese/chinese restaurant a LOT only because of the chili sauce they serve there. It is very very oily and has chili flakes and i think onions in it too. whenever i ask them what it is, they tell me its just chili. its red in colour and is spicy. does anyone know what im talking about. Please do tell me what its called because im dying to know the recipe and dont even know how to start searching without a name.
it kind of looks like this picture here (http://i48.photobucket.com/albums/f204/bare_proton/chilli2.jpg) but im very doubtful it has oranges in it, cuz its not sweet at all.

i was with her in the hosp for 4 days with an 8 months pregnancy. the same day i went home leaving her with her elder sisy whohad recently come from the village, i just got i telephone call that she is no more. i couldnt attend everything coz the labour started. up to now i cant get over it. i dont believe that she is gone. am married and i wasnt living with her . please i need your humble help . Where to start??!! They're useless! EasyJet 'claim' they didnt receive my claim form within 7 days so resent on the 8th day (fax). had a response saying they're 'unable' to process because of the t/f. wrote back to explain everything and got nasty letter about the montreal convention and how they were not admitting liability.
So then wrote to the Customer relations team to complain and for the second time ask for regulator details. got a response back saying that they will not compensate me for the damage they caused because of the t/f.
Nothing i've said seems to be getting through to them, i've explained everything yet they ignore this!
What can i do to get them to sort out the damage to my suitcase? how can i find out who regulates EasyJet and how can i get through to a decent customer service rep' who might just commnicate proffessionally and in proper english.
I would love to attach the letters just so everyone can see for themselves what rubbish customer service they provide
