Where to start??!! They're useless! EasyJet 'claim' they didnt receive my claim form within 7 days so resent on the 8th day (fax). had a response saying they're 'unable' to process because of the t/f. wrote back to explain everything and got nasty letter about the montreal convention and how they were not admitting liability.
So then wrote to the Customer relations team to complain and for the second time ask for regulator details. got a response back saying that they will not compensate me for the damage they caused because of the t/f.
Nothing i've said seems to be getting through to them, i've explained everything yet they ignore this!
What can i do to get them to sort out the damage to my suitcase? how can i find out who regulates EasyJet and how can i get through to a decent customer service rep' who might just commnicate proffessionally and in proper english.
I would love to attach the letters just so everyone can see for themselves what rubbish customer service they provide

Easyjet is staffed by people who can't yet work at McDonalds because they are underage, too dumb, etc. So it's not surprising that you can't get anwyehere. Sorry this is not the help you want, but you may just have to file it under one of life's lessons. If you have watched the series about airports on TV, you would not touch them with a 100m barge pole.

when my suitcase was damaged 12 months ago, i made a report at the airport at the baggage handlers office,if you did this then you can make a claim against the handlers for the lost or damage to your suitcase, within 2 weeks they had replaced my case with one of a similar size and type(unfortunately it was not easy jet).
Try getting in touch with the handlers of the airline as another option.
Try writing to stelios himself enclose copies all relevant information and copies of customer service replies.
Good luck

The "hold" refers to checked luggage you claim after the flight. Easyjet charges a fee for each checked item.

Send them a solicitor's letter explaining all, and stating that you will take it further.
