How can i have deep sleep for 8 hours and not feeling sluggish in the morning?
what can i do to maintain 8 hours of uninterrupt sleep?
i've tried jogging , pilates n swimming thats 5 hrs before bedtime.
i drank all sorts of herbal drinks , warm milk etc etc etc....still i cant get no good sleep .AND NO , I DON'T HAVE ANY EMOTIONAL ISSUES pls help !

u have a sleep disorder,
while u sleep u may have difficult time breathing with out being tested u want know
sleep apnea check out on web

See a sleep doctor (or respiratory physician) who can do a sleep study to see if you stop breathing during sleep (called sleep apnoea) that can leave you with daytime sleepiness.
They can also look into if you need better sleep hygiene.

Drink more water throughout the day about( 4-litr)

Try to walk more & more
take one qurter litr milk at the bed time

take a pill called melatonin its not prescription. see you body naturally produces it but if you take this pill it has more in your system and it will keep you asleep but you have to take it everyday to get into you system.
