HA not really your paying for dinner or whatever else is going on during the date and you shouldn't have a problem with it since you picked her to date. Spend some time with her lol there is more to life than sex. The "escort" your basically paying for a chance at rolling the dice at the STD of the day instead of the soup of the day haha.

Not quite.......If he asks me out and I accept, then I don't mind paying for a rollercoaster ride with him but if he wants to eat at downtown La Jolla, forget, it all him,,,,,,I would never eat there its' too expensive. If he wants to get a date from xxx call me, then who cares, its all on him anyways plus whatever those girls charge.
Guys make more money for the same job that I do so I would expect them to pay for dinner, like I said, I have no problem paying for some theme park ride or anything, I make money and I would not like for the guy to not be able to take me if I couldn't have fun myself.....
One time I bought our cover charge and we danced all nite it was the best thing.....he was the perfect date, until I found out he was a swinger...he liked having a wife and exploring too....not me.
I don't mind helping out, especially since clubs are so expensive anyways.
I bought the hotel night once.....I could go on....etc.

It's only equivalent if your date has sex with you that night. Otherwise you're paying for nothing, which is more equivalent to getting ripped off by a prostitute. Or having her roll you and steal your wallet.

There's no prostitution if you don't give money to her. If you're paying restaurant or offer a gift it's different.
Money is a basic thing that anyone could offer her, it has not your name on it. A gift or a restaurant... Has your name on it in a way, so it's a personal thing.

Um, no. Assumptions:
1. That the male is "paying" her to spend time by covering costs for their mutual fun. I suppose parents are paying their children to live when they buy stuff for them too, by that logic.
2. It's not always the man who pays and not all dates cost money.
