I need to plan and develop an organzational chart for my company's operations side of the business. I am looking for examples of different sized companies org charts, job titles, and reporting structures to use as a reference. I have not been able to find any good websites or examples. I am familiar with basic flow chart software; I am looking for strategy and organziational structure information instead. Thanks with any free resources you can suggest.

I'm in Canada...and just found out that my husband's first born son, has been in foster care, on and off, for some years, now..I'd say about the last 5 yrs.
We're in BC, and the child, we think, may be in PEI, or in NB. What we're struggling with is who to turn to, because the Social Services won't say, and neither will the Ministry. I don't know why they're being difficult. The child is literally a 'blood' relative of my husbands, so, doesn't he have any Rights as to knowing where his son is??? I want his son to be brought back to us. We had lost contact with the mother, like ... 14 years ago, and we hadn't heard anything in the last 5 or 6 years, about his son. The mother is originally from Australia, and there may even be a possibility that the boy is over there!! I'm not sure how else to find him and bring him to our home!

I have a Motorola V360v. Recently I purchased a 512mb memory card and USB cable, I managed to copy music on no problem but most of it doesn't work. It says: "File Format Not Supported" only some songs work and some only work half way and then I get the same error. All the music is in the same format so I don't see why this happens, I tried converting it but that doesn't work. Has anyone else had this problem? Can anyone help me?

I'm 28, married and two children. I love my husband in a sentimental way but I hardly enjoy sex with him, and it's not because of him. Im sure Im a lesbian but I never engage a sexual relationship with a women. I feel sexually atracted to woman more than to men, but in my sexual fantays I never want the whole thing, I just love the sensuality in it (Vs Sexuality).... The thing is that Im so afraid to look for the expierence with a woman and jeopardise my family....

He won't do anything without me. He doesn't allow anyone else to, hold him, feed him, he would not go anywhere without me, he won't play with the kids if I'm not right there, It's getting so frustrating, and I'm so tired, He wants me to hold him all the time, request my attention every minute, He will cry, and cry, scream and attache himself to my leg until I give in. I just don't know what to do or How to handle him any more.

I really appreciate any advice that has actually work for other parents or from professionals . thank you

In today's society many women get knock down for preaching. I just wanted to know what others think about this matter. I also wanted to know if you think men of the cloth think this to be a threat to them. Many use the term called to preach. I believe they mean called by God so who has the right to say God didn't call a woman. Beside those who say God doesn't talk or that there is no God. I also feel that America has taken away from the real truth. Christianty was never about a denomination or title but about winning souls for the Lord. All God needs is a truthful mouth piece. So I believe it doesn't matter about ones gender.
