I need to plan and develop an organzational chart for my company's operations side of the business. I am looking for examples of different sized companies org charts, job titles, and reporting structures to use as a reference. I have not been able to find any good websites or examples. I am familiar with basic flow chart software; I am looking for strategy and organziational structure information instead. Thanks with any free resources you can suggest.

Create your own with your company's lay out in mind. You dont state what your company does so I'm assuming you have been assigned the task to improve the organization in production flow as well as receiving inventory and distribution of your product or are you merely creating a list of chain fo command and details of their functions within the facility. Most companies keep their methids of ops or standard of ops secret so this could be why you are havin difficulty finding this information . Check with Goggle or go to your local library and research desk will be glad to aid u in finding what u seek
