She had this program but, I don't know if it was even legal. I know there were other users that contributed to the site, like a shared network or something. I'm super sure that there's a place I can download a program for free without using my credit card......Can ANYONE PLZ HELP>???

there's also soulseek but that is a bit harder to use, I also recommend it. If you can't find it on limewire, try soul seek, that way you'll get another source of music if limewire is not enough.

Limewire is your best bet, for choice and ease of use. You can get pretty much what you want just with the basic version (free). Not just audio files either.
BUT it is not legal, the majority of files on there are not licensed so you are robbing the pop stars and labels of their hard earned cash !

I recommend to you the BitTorrent software...
You have to download the program, install and acces a web site to download kind of files wich will download everything you want, wich
have to be avaliable, of course...
