I know it's tradition in some cultures to keep the top tier of the wedding cake (sometimes just a slice though) and freeze it and then eat it together on the first anniversary...and that's an interesting tradition that I had sort of wanted to do...but my husband and I totally didn't do it...we didn't set any aside to keep and everyone ate the whole cake! =P It was good cake.

Freeze the cake earlier you wrap it.That way the icing gained't follow the plastic wrap.Wrap in diverse layers of plastic wrap. Then placed the cake genuine right into a large plastic field jointly with a plastic cake taker. If that is in simple terms cake from layers that became decrease slice into serving length products ,then freeze on a baking sheet then wrap each and each slice in some layers of plastic wrap and save in a large plastic field as above.this type you could take slightly out as you pick it.
