I have a Motorola V360v. Recently I purchased a 512mb memory card and USB cable, I managed to copy music on no problem but most of it doesn't work. It says: "File Format Not Supported" only some songs work and some only work half way and then I get the same error. All the music is in the same format so I don't see why this happens, I tried converting it but that doesn't work. Has anyone else had this problem? Can anyone help me?

Reformat the card. And then the program connector you use to download from computer to phone or synching, you need to delete it and reload it again. Possibility that the program is corrupted. Also, are you trying to get songs from itunes. Did you know that some songs for the ipod are for the ipod only. I read up on this. That is why you can not copy as they have some type of copy protection on them. Then call the tech people up. My Sprint phone had problems but seems that you have to call and ask. Why sprint did not put a little addendum to the manual I will never know. Like Sprint, they suck.
